Something I don't share EVER. I have had body dysmorphia and negative body image my entire life. Since I can remember, I never wanted to have my shirt off at the pool. I was always embarrassed of what was underneath. Even at the “peak" of my athletic career I hated what I saw in the mirror. For the first time in my 27 years of life recently there has been a few times where I have looked in the mirror and said “damn I actually look pretty good." It's still a constant struggle but when other people start to notice and most importantly yourself, it's a great feeling. Having self confidence is something you can't put a price tag on and Zach has helped me get there. I feel safe wearing tight shirts and smaller shorts. There are so many people out there struggling with body image and low self confidence. If that's you get on board, you'll never regret the results.

meet zach

I’m glad you are here! My name is Zach Turnure and I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri playing sports my entire life. After getting recruited for lacrosse and football at the Division 1 level, I decided to continue my athletic and academic career at The Ohio State on a lacrosse scholarship. During my sophomore year in 2014, I decided to walk on to the Ohio State football team as a linebacker where I became a National Champion. In 2017, I was awarded a full-ride scholarship on the football team and started in every game my senior season on special teams and as a fullback on Offense. After college, I participated in Ohio State’s NFL Pro Day and was invited to workout with the Cleveland Browns.

I am now a certified Personal Trainer and coach based out of Columbus, Ohio. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from professional athletes to navy seals, as well as everyday lifestyle clients. I’m currently focused on helping former athletes create healthy and sustainable habits through scientifically-backed programming and individualized nutrition coaching.
